You'll define and scale Saga's character AI platform from social-first agents to multi-platform experiences. You'll own product strategy, roadmap, and drive measurable customer outcomes like engagement and retention. This role sits at the intersection of AI systems, social products, and B2B SaaS.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define relationship-first product strategy for AI characters
• Design AI-native character systems: memory, personality, voice
• Drive product iteration and evaluation with engagement metrics
• Lead social and content dynamics across platforms
• Evolve platform from social to multi-surface experiences

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management experience
• Experience with AI/ML products or agent systems
• Background in B2B SaaS platforms for enterprises
• Experience with social products or engagement loops
