Description

You'll build and enhance the Android experience for Robinhood's mobile app, focusing on the margins platform that enables customers to trade with leverage. You'll work cross-functionally to turn complex trading concepts into clear, trustworthy mobile experiences using Kotlin and modern Android tooling.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional Android development experience building consumer apps at scale
• Proficiency in Kotlin or Java and Jetpack
• Strong product sense and ability to collaborate with Product Managers and Designers
• Excellent communication skills and passion for solving technical challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Build smooth, stable, and elegant products with Kotlin and newest Android APIs
• Own features from inception to design, implementation, and launch
• Work cross-functionally with Product Designers, Product Managers, Backend Developers, and Data team
• Work with Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Coroutines Flow
• Build for a high-stakes financial margin platform
