Description

You will lead CookUnity's creative studio, driving performance marketing through AI-powered storytelling and rapid creative testing. Your role blends strategy, creative, and technology to scale production and accelerate learning cycles. You'll architect AI workflows, mentor a hybrid team, and ensure brand integrity across all assets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative strategy or marketing leadership
• Track record of innovation in creative strategy or performance marketing
• Deep understanding of audiences and what makes ads convert
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and production pipelines
• Ability to maintain high bar for taste, clarity, and craft

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute creative strategies across performance channels (Meta, TV, direct mail, YouTube, email, landing pages)
• Design end-to-end AI-assisted creative system including workflows, prompt libraries, guardrails, and tool stacks
• Oversee production pipeline for high volume of weekly assets across UGC, motion, product, and paid media
• Collaborate with Brand, Growth, CRM, Studio Production, Product, and Engineering to deploy AI-powered creative
• Mentor and develop designers, editors, AI specialists, and video producers
