💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team to increase device sales among merchants in a specified area through physical field sales and relationship building. You'll identify and convert good quality merchants while minimizing fraud risks. This role requires on-the-ground engagement with business and technology teams to resolve issues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Visit micro markets to identify and sell to good quality merchants
• Minimize fraud and chargeback risks through quality onboarding
• Seek references from converted clients to find new leads
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to resolve bottlenecks

📋 Requirements

• B2B field sales experience including cold calling and lead generation
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
