💼 About This Role

You'll lead the technical product support function for a certified veteran-owned IT consulting firm, managing a team to resolve customer technical issues and coordinating with sales and engineering. Your impact will drive strong customer relationships and seamless post-sales support. This role offers the chance to mentor and develop future tech talent through our signature FastTrack program.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute business strategies for technical product support.
  • Manage team resolving customer technical problems and providing post-sales support.
  • Oversee technical responses for RFQs and coordinate with sales.
  • Coordinate delivery and installation of new software releases to customers.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years experience in high-tech or IT focusing on product engineering and support.
  • Proven experience managing teams in diverse technological and business environments.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with ability to manage middle-level management.
