🎯 What You'll Do

• Build Customer Support Operations and enable effective troubleshooting.
• Own creation and maintenance of FAQs, manuals, and knowledge base articles.
• Scale localization process for multiple languages and manage vendors.
• Lead projects for product launches and feature rollouts.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Product Operations, Customer Operations, or similar.
• 7+ years total professional experience.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Technical acumen with mobile apps, cloud services, and agile development.

• Fluency in Japanese.
