You'll design novel agentic solutions and improve beyond current SOTA for enterprise LLM systems. You'll research techniques like deep-research and learning-from-experience. You'll collaborate with top researchers to push boundaries of agentic AI and post-training methods.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop novel agentic solutions
• Improve upon SOTA on hard agentic tasks
• Research next-generation online learning self-improvement
• Collaborate with partner teams to improve agentic system performance

📋 Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills
• Proficiency in Python and ML code (PyTorch, NumPy)
• Experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks
• Experience with post-training LLMs (SFT, PEFT, or RL)

• Experience building synthetic data generation pipelines
• Experience with reasoning or multi-agent systems
