💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale Strider's enterprise business in Japan, driving revenue growth and go-to-market strategy. You'll build executive relationships and a high-performing sales team. This market-shaping role has full accountability for Japan revenue performance and team leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own Japan revenue targets and long-term growth strategy
  • Develop and execute country go-to-market plan
  • Directly manage and scale enterprise Account Executives
  • Build executive relationships with multinational corporations

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years enterprise software sales in Japan market
  • 5+ years direct people leadership of enterprise sales teams
  • Proven record closing six and seven figure enterprise deals
  • Fluency in Japanese and English

✨ Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or Challenger sales methodologies
  • Knowledge of economic security and geopolitical risk
