You'll lead and scale Strider's enterprise business in Japan, driving revenue growth and go-to-market strategy. You'll build executive relationships and a high-performing sales team. This market-shaping role has full accountability for Japan revenue performance and team leadership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own Japan revenue targets and long-term growth strategy
- Develop and execute country go-to-market plan
- Directly manage and scale enterprise Account Executives
- Build executive relationships with multinational corporations
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years enterprise software sales in Japan market
- 5+ years direct people leadership of enterprise sales teams
- Proven record closing six and seven figure enterprise deals
- Fluency in Japanese and English
✨ Nice to Have
- Advanced degree
- Experience with MEDDPICC or Challenger sales methodologies
- Knowledge of economic security and geopolitical risk
