🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead due diligence engagements including Quality of Earnings and Net Working Capital analysis
• Serve as primary client contact, leading meetings with CFOs and Private Equity sponsors
• Oversee multiple engagement teams, ensuring quality control and timely delivery
• Review SPA/APA documentation and advise on deal mechanics

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in audit and/or financial due diligence
• 4+ years current Financial Due Diligence (FDD) experience
• Proven experience issuing Quality of Earnings reports
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA, CFA, or advanced degree
• Experience with Power BI and Alteryx
• Big 4 professional services background
