- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance to ensure quotas are met
- Provide reporting on lead volume, pipeline, conversions, and sales opportunities
📋 Requirements
- 1-2 years experience directly leading a team of SDRs
- Experience as a quota-achieving SDR with proven track record
- Expert in using Salesforce.com and other sales tools
- Data-driven with ability to manage daily, weekly, quarterly targets
