You'll define and build the ML strategy, infrastructure, and production systems from scratch for a high-growth AI cybersecurity company. You'll own the end-to-end ML pipeline and data strategy, partnering with product and backend engineers to integrate ML into customer-facing systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define ML strategy and infrastructure roadmap
• Design and build production ML systems end-to-end
• Establish evaluation methodology for model quality
• Partner with product and backend engineers to integrate ML

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building ML systems in production
• Experience standing up ML infrastructure at an early-stage startup
• Production experience with Python, Java, or TypeScript
• Experience with cloud-based ML infrastructure (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock)

• Building ML for security, fraud detection, or adversarial environments
• Working with LLMs in production (evaluation, fine-tuning, retrieval)
• Background in real-time inference or high-throughput distributed systems
