🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow up on overdue accounts via phone and email
• Verify vendor charges against agreed terms
• Ensure accurate customer invoicing with correct terms
• Process payments and reconcile receivables/payables

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years in accounts receivable or payable
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail

• Experience with accounting software
• Prior collections experience
