Description

You'll identify key metrics impacting the Retail P&L, track trends, perform root cause analysis, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. You'll communicate with senior leaders and recommend corrective measures to deliver results.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in business partnering, FP&A in fast-paced retail/tech (eCommerce preferred)
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense
• Ability to analyze large data sets and provide insights
• Strong Excel skills
• SQL skills and fluent English

Responsibilities

• Identify key input/output metrics impacting Retail P&L
• Set ambitious goals and implement plans to achieve them in ambiguous situations
• Track metrics, analyze trends, and provide business/financial visibility
• Perform root cause analysis by diving deep into data
