Description
As the Director of Revenue Enablement at Showpad, you will lead the design and execution of our global enablement strategy, accelerating field performance and ensuring change management sticks across GTM teams. You'll act as a brand evangelist and thought leader, driving results using our own platform to prove enablement effectiveness through KPIs like sales productivity and win rates.
Requirements
- Experience leading a revenue enablement team in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of designing and executing global enablement programs that impact sales productivity and win rates.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with executive stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of GTM methodologies and change management.
- Ability to act as a brand evangelist and market-facing thought leader.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of enablement professionals, managing day-to-day operations and professional development.
- Define, track, and report measurable impact of enablement initiatives on pipeline growth, ASP, and quota.
- Oversee onboarding programs and ensure adherence to GTM methodologies like Value Selling and Value Realization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRO, CMO, Product, Marketing, and Brand to drive revenue enablement strategy.
- Act as a market-facing thought leader, participating in campaigns and industry conferences to evangelize AI-powered revenue effectiveness.
