You'll support senior Account Executives in driving new business and client relationships for Rho's fintech platform. You will conduct lead generation and attend industry events. This role offers a clear path to full Account Executive within a year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct lead generation via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide sales assistance and deal support to senior AEs
• Attend industry events and meet potential clients
• Maintain accurate records in CRM system

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Passion for fintech and willingness to learn
