💼 About This Role

You'll provide post-integration technical support to developers and merchants, troubleshooting issues with Airwallex's global payments platform. You'll conduct test scenarios for code, software, and APIs, and communicate technical issues across teams. This role offers the chance to build deep technical knowledge in fintech at a rapidly growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support via tickets to developers and merchants
• Conduct test scenarios for code, software, and hardware issues
• Install and configure test environments and payment APIs
• Communicate technical issues to customers and internal departments

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant majors
• 2-5 years in programming, technical support, or implementation
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
• Experience with Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce, payment, or fintech industry
• Familiarity with AliCloud and Google Cloud
• Experience with Logstash, Kibana, and Graylog
