You'll manage end-to-end recruiting for Navan's sales organization, focusing on building and scaling a strong pipeline of sales talent. Your core impact will be sourcing, assessing, and closing top-tier candidates while championing an exceptional candidate experience. This role offers the chance to drive employer branding initiatives and mentor hiring teams on best practices.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage high-volume end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing and closing.
- Understand team headcount goals and support hiring efforts to meet targets.
- Champion world-class candidate experience from engagement through onboarding.
- Leverage sourcing tools and recruitment data to identify passive candidates.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience in fast-paced, high-growth recruiting environments.
- Proven success building and scaling high-performing early talent pipelines.
- Strong skills in ATS systems such as Greenhouse.
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional candidate experience and data-driven strategies.
