Description

You will identify and manage relationships with authorized installers for Starlink, negotiate partnerships, monitor service quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure nationwide coverage and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
• 3-5 years experience in procurement/sourcing, supply chain, or omnichannel sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience developing vendors or building sales channels in international markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Power BI

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish partnerships with strategic authorized installers
• Negotiate and close partnership deals
• Monitor partner service and ensure compliance with standards
• Prepare reports on customer concerns, take rates, and installations
• Provide training and resources to partners for effective installation
