💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategic vision for customer adoption and transactional volume growth for Coupa Pay, a key growth engine of the Coupa platform. You'll act as executive architect ensuring global customers achieve full-scale payment automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the Pay Customer Success team to meet success metrics.
• Own strategies to accelerate Coupa Pay adoption and transaction volume.
• Act as executive liaison for partner ecosystem operational processes.
• Serve as strategic advisor to Fortune 500 CFOs on payment transformation.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of Customer Success or Sales leadership in Fintech or Enterprise SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of global payments: ACH, Virtual Cards, Cross-Border FX.
• Experience moving from legacy ERP to cloud payment systems.
• Familiarity with Coupa ecosystem or competitive platforms (SAP, Oracle).
