You'll turn big, complex data into meaningful insights that drive loyalty and better financial outcomes for credit union members. You'll build analytical frameworks and client-facing dashboards to track adoption and improve member experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop deep understanding of Debit & Credit Card Rewards and CashBack+ products
• Build analytical models and dashboards to track member adoption and product performance
• Define and measure key activation milestones and adoption funnels
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define KPIs and measure initiative impact

📋 Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field or 1+ years in data analysis or product analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau or Looker), and Excel
• Ability to organize ambiguity and communicate the "so-what"
• Comfort working with financial data and marketplace metrics

• Experience influencing product direction through user understanding
