  • Process customer renewals end-to-end in Salesforce
  • Handle Tier 1 ticket triage and resolution in Zendesk
  • Audit and clean account data in Salesforce
  • Support back office CS operations tasks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in support, CS, sales ops, or revenue operations
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience with high-volume data work
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or comparable support platform

  • Experience supporting multiple GTM functions
