๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Process customer renewals end-to-end in Salesforce
- Handle Tier 1 ticket triage and resolution in Zendesk
- Audit and clean account data in Salesforce
- Support back office CS operations tasks
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in support, CS, sales ops, or revenue operations
- Hands-on Salesforce experience with high-volume data work
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
- Familiarity with Zendesk or comparable support platform
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting multiple GTM functions
- Familiarity with workforce management tools like Assembled
