Description

You will benchmark system performance, analyze databases, optimize capacity, and troubleshoot distributed systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve ClickHouse Cloud performance and drive chaos engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years software development experience building distributed systems
• Proficiency in Go, C/C++, Java, or similar
• Experience with concurrency, multithreading, and distributed system architectures
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
• Expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure

Responsibilities

• Benchmark system performance and database performance analysis
• Capacity sizing and optimization
• Troubleshoot and debug application and server errors
• Work with core development, cloud, and security teams to improve ClickHouse Cloud performance
• Develop and manage tools for chaos experiments
