💼 About This Role
You'll open entirely new territories for a healthcare staffing platform, building demand from scratch and closing net-new business. As a true hunter with no SDR support, you'll own the full sales cycle end-to-end. This role offers uncapped commission with accelerators for exceeding quota.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Map new territory and identify high-potential outpatient facilities.
- Run consultative discovery calls with clinical and operational leaders.
- Generate pipeline through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Close net-new deals and manage full sales cycle independently.
📋 Requirements
- Proven success launching a new territory, market, or product from scratch.
- 4+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience in healthcare or software.
- Ability to create pipeline without SDR/BDR support.
- Consultative sales approach with excellent discovery skills.

- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
