💼 About This Role

You'll open entirely new territories for a healthcare staffing platform, building demand from scratch and closing net-new business. As a true hunter with no SDR support, you'll own the full sales cycle end-to-end. This role offers uncapped commission with accelerators for exceeding quota.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Map new territory and identify high-potential outpatient facilities.
  • Run consultative discovery calls with clinical and operational leaders.
  • Generate pipeline through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Close net-new deals and manage full sales cycle independently.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven success launching a new territory, market, or product from scratch.
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience in healthcare or software.
  • Ability to create pipeline without SDR/BDR support.
  • Consultative sales approach with excellent discovery skills.

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
