You'll join the Recruitment team in Kuala Lumpur to source and engage top talent for a world-class game studio. You'll build talent pipelines and support hiring across global studios, playing a key role in Larian's continued growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates using Boolean, X-ray, and social platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for global hiring needs
• Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver high-quality candidates
• Attend career fairs and industry events for talent attraction

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruitment
• Expertise in Boolean, X-ray, and market mapping techniques
• Experience recruiting for Tech, Creative, or Art roles
• Proficiency with ATS platforms like Lever or Greenhouse
