You'll collaborate with the production team to create high-end, campaign-ready AI visuals and videos. Using tools like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion, you'll translate briefs into innovative visual narratives. This role stands out for its blend of creative direction and ethical AI production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Brainstorm and co-create AI-driven visual narratives with the Head of Production
• Utilize generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and Sora
• Refine and retouch AI outputs using Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere
• Lead styling and art direction for individual projects

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in a creative agency, studio, or freelance role in visual arts or design
• Deep, hands-on experience with Stable Diffusion (ComfyUI/Automatic1111) and Midjourney
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop (generative fill + manual retouching) and After Effects
• Portfolio showcasing creative direction, stylized AI avatars, or cinematic visuals

• Experience with RunwayML and Resleeve
• Ability to move seamlessly between generative AI and traditional editing
• Comfortable in a high-speed, perfection-driven environment
