💼 About This Role

You'll own the Procure to Pay process for Hartbeat, supporting production and corporate operations. You'll ensure timely and accurate AP, cash tracking, and month-end close while collaborating across departments. This role is with a comedy and culture media company founded by Kevin Hart in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle AP and vendor management in Netsuite
• Prepare weekly cash disbursement entries and bank reconciliations
• Perform month-end close tasks for fixed assets, prepaids, and accruals
• Coordinate with Production Accounting on project billbacks and reconciliations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 5 years of accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
• Working knowledge of US GAAP

• Netsuite and Green Slate ERP experience
