You'll support customer use of Twilio's platform as a subject matter expert on APIs and SDKs. You'll resolve complex technical issues via phone/email/chat, ensuring customers get the best experience. This role offers the chance to work in a remote-first environment with a global team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Resolve complex customer requests via phone/email/chat and other channels
- Identify adoption and upsell opportunities for customers
- Communicate complex concepts to customers and anticipate questions
- Manage incidents during on-call shifts and triage escalations
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a Technical Support Engineer role
- Programming/scripting skills in JavaScript/Python/Java
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and API testing tools like Postman
- Understanding of VoIP/SIP/WebRTC and networking fundamentals
โจ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certifications
- Escalation management and de-escalation skills
- Basic case management experience
