You'll support customer use of Twilio's platform as a subject matter expert on APIs and SDKs. You'll resolve complex technical issues via phone/email/chat, ensuring customers get the best experience. This role offers the chance to work in a remote-first environment with a global team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Resolve complex customer requests via phone/email/chat and other channels
  • Identify adoption and upsell opportunities for customers
  • Communicate complex concepts to customers and anticipate questions
  • Manage incidents during on-call shifts and triage escalations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Technical Support Engineer role
  • Programming/scripting skills in JavaScript/Python/Java
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and API testing tools like Postman
  • Understanding of VoIP/SIP/WebRTC and networking fundamentals

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certifications
  • Escalation management and de-escalation skills
  • Basic case management experience
