You'll lead Ukrainian payroll operations for a global HR platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance while contributing to process scalability. You'll collaborate across Payroll, Tax, Finance, and Product teams to drive efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process end-to-end payroll for Ukraine accurately and on time
• Validate payroll inputs, calculations, and post-payroll processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external payroll partners
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance issues

📋 Requirements

• Mid-senior experience in Ukrainian payroll operations
• End-to-end payroll processing experience in Ukraine
• Strong understanding of payroll controls and statutory reporting
• Experience in multi-country or global payroll environments

• Experience working in remote or globally distributed teams
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
