🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and compliant
• Serve as subject matter expert on country payroll requirements
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes

📋 Requirements

• Mid-senior experience in Chinese payroll operations
• Hands-on responsibility for end-to-end payroll processing
• Strong understanding of payroll controls and compliance
• Experience working in globally distributed teams
