💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Engineer of Record for prefabrication and modular construction projects, managing multi-discipline coordination and agency interactions. Your work will ensure design intent and constructability across architecture, manufacturing, and construction teams. This role offers the chance to lead complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Engineer of Record, reviewing and stamping engineering packages.
• Coordinate design input from civil, geotechnical, coastal, and other consultants.
• Lead technical coordination among architecture, manufacturing, and construction teams.
• Support permitting by interfacing with planning departments and local agencies.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to support field teams.

📋 Requirements

• Active PE license in California (required)
• 8+ years of experience in engineering coordination or project delivery
• Working knowledge of California Building Code and related standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project (or equivalent)

✨ Nice to Have

• Active or eligible PE license in Hawaii
• Experience in residential, modular, or factory-built construction
• Familiarity with jurisdictional permitting in Los Angeles County or Hawaii
