💼 About This Role

You'll lead privacy and AI risk management implementations for enterprise customers using DataGrail's agentic privacy platform. You'll design integration architectures across APIs, AI MCPs, and data systems to automate compliance workflows and scale customer trust. This role combines deep technical advisory with hands-on onboarding delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead onboarding and implementation strategy for enterprise customers
• Design scalable integration architectures across APIs, webhooks, and databases
• Guide customers through complex deployment decisions and technical discovery
• Troubleshoot complex integration and data flow challenges

📋 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in solutions architecture or technical implementation in SaaS
• Strong experience designing API-driven integrations and complex technical workflows
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and modern cloud architectures
• Experience with databases and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Azure SQL
