🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead exceptional guest experience through coaching and feedback
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver sales results
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and selling initiatives
• Manage reporting, budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision making
• Ability to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends
