🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars for safe and efficient repairs
• Oversee team activities, coach and develop associates
• Review and approve mechanical and cosmetic defects
• Enforce safety protocols and lean principles

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean record for 3 years
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Experience in vehicle reconditioning or auto repair

• ASE certification or similar
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
