You'll build and scale the core analytics infrastructure powering decision-making across a fast-growing Web3 technology organization. You'll design end-to-end data systems that transform raw data into trusted insights for product, engineering, marketing, and finance. This role blends data engineering, analytics engineering, and platform ownership in a high-impact environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end analytics data pipelines including ingestion, transformation, and monitoring.
• Design scalable, self-serve data products like curated datasets and dashboards.
• Implement data quality, observability, and reliability frameworks.
• Develop key business analytics for product, growth, revenue, and marketing.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar role.
• Advanced SQL expertise including data modeling and query optimization.
• Strong Python skills for data pipelines, automation, and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics like funnels, retention, and LTV.
• Experience with operational and engineering data.
