You'll serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams, troubleshooting complex issues for Parloa's conversational AI platform. Your core impact is ensuring customers unlock the full value of the product by providing reliable, high-quality support and shaping the customer experience through insights from the field. This role combines technical depth with direct customer impact in a fast-growing AI company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and resolve customer issues end-to-end
  • Act as escalation point for complex technical challenges
  • Guide and educate customers on platform usage
  • Create and maintain runbooks and troubleshooting guides

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“8 years of customer-facing technical support experience in SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Experience working with APIs, logs, and debugging tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Structured, data-informed approach to problem solving
