💼 About This Role

You'll join the Binance Accelerator Program as a Graphic Designer, supporting the Europe marketing team in creating engaging design assets for campaigns across digital, social, events, and OOH channels. You'll gain hands-on experience in creative design support and localization for global campaigns, while collaborating with experienced designers and marketing professionals in a fast-paced Web3 environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in producing design assets for campaigns across digital, social, events, and OOH.
• Collaborate with design leads, project managers, and copywriters on integrated campaigns.
• Support localization and adaptation of global creative assets for European markets.
• Help coordinate with local marketing teams on regional creative initiatives.
• Manage assigned tasks independently to meet deadlines and quality standards.

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Good understanding of the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery.
• Fluency in English required to coordinate with overseas partners.

• Familiarity with 3D software or generative AI tools.
• Passion for the crypto industry or fast-paced sectors like lifestyle, sports, or fashion.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
