💼 About This Role

You'll be a core member of Sierra's legal team, handling commercial contracts and SaaS agreements for a hyper-scaling AI company. You'll also help build out the commercial function, developing templates and playbooks to drive efficiency and scalability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure and negotiate SaaS subscription and technology license agreements
• Develop contract templates, playbooks, and workflows
• Advise on contractual issues across IP, privacy, and AI regulation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Operations teams

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of legal experience combining law firm and in-house roles
• Strong background in complex commercial contracts for SaaS or enterprise software
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
