Description

You will support the development, analysis, and implementation of total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits, to attract, reward, and retain talented team members. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to deliver data-driven insights and enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

• Strong analytical capabilities with broad total rewards understanding
• Experience with Workday compensation data management
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and vendors
• Experience with compensation surveys and market trend analysis
• Balance of analytical rigor, operational execution, and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and modeling for compensation structures
• Build and maintain compensation models, reports, and dashboards
• Support annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles
• Support pay equity analysis and reporting
• Support development of total rewards communication materials
