You will perform full-cycle recruitment for operations teams across the US, focusing on basic to skilled-level positions. You'll source candidates, conduct screenings, manage hiring processes, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to meet staffing needs efficiently.

Requirements

• 2+ years full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience using recruiting applications (Greenhouse, Tenstreet)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable with change and adaptable
• Experience recruiting for automotive, logistics, or customer service industries (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via social media, Indeed, and company website
• Conduct in-depth phone screenings and interviews
• Provide resumes and screening notes to hiring managers
• Assess talent, role-fit, and culture-fit
• Build relationships with hiring leaders to create effective hiring strategies
