You'll lead the operational and relational engine of the McDonald's global account, ensuring programs are delivered to budget and contractual commitments are met. You'll build deep stakeholder relationships and drive global governance while coordinating across markets. This role operates at the intersection of delivery, commercial diligence, and client engagement.

  • Lead and develop the account management team across global activities
  • Manage multi-level stakeholder relationships with McDonald's global and market organizations
  • Drive global governance with consistent reporting and executive visibility
  • Oversee delivery of programs on time, to budget, and within profitability parameters

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7โ€“10 years in account management, program management, or client services
  • 3โ€“5 years at a senior or director level
  • Experience managing large-scale global accounts in technology or managed services
  • Proven track record in contract management and commercial negotiations

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience introducing new products into enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with digital signage or QSR industry operations
  • Exposure to both hardware and software technology environments
