Description

You will develop and manage relationships with referral sources to promote BAYADA Hospice services and help expand hospice business in the Salisbury, NC area. You'll build relationships with physicians, long-term care facilities, and community resources to generate referrals, conduct market analysis, and develop sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospice, home health care, and/or healthcare sales experience
• At least two years recent experience in healthcare industry, nursing, social work, care coordination, home health, or hospice experience strongly preferred
• Formal sales training
• Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan
• Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market

Responsibilities

• Generate referrals for hospice by building relationships with physicians, long-term care, independent and assisted living facilities, and community resources
• Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals, and plans
• Conduct sales calls and evaluate results and effectiveness of sales activity
• Develop a yearly care integration plan and set strategic quarterly goals
• Facilitate cross collaboration between all service lines within BAYADA
