💼 About This Role

You'll provide outpatient therapy to children and adolescents as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team. Your work will improve access to affordable mental healthcare in a supportive, hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with children and adolescents
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on treatment plans
• Maintain clinical documentation and case notes
• Participate in in-office patient care at least 3 days per week

📋 Requirements

• Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Virginia
• Experience working with child and adolescent populations
• Willingness to work minimum 3 days in-office
