๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the strategic architecture of Showpad's growth engine, owning the front-end of the revenue engine for new business, expansion, and partner motions. Your core impact involves defining benchmarks and identifying AI-driven interventions to optimize field performance. This product management-style leadership role makes your product the sales motion itself with direct influence on team direction.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define performance benchmarks for Land and Expand motions (e.g., Target CAC, LTV/CAC).
- Lead annual and semi-annual planning cycles including capacity modeling and quota distribution.
- Identify high-friction manual tasks and define job-to-be-done for new AI agents.
- Conduct deep-dives into territory health, partner attribution, and win/loss trends.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM Strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proven ability to design territory and quota models from scratch.
- Experience coaching and developing high-performing analytical teams.
