💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana as an Experienced Heavy Body Technician, performing extensive bodywork on multiple panels for the fastest-growing used automotive retailer. You'll train other technicians and handle heavy plastic welding, metal pulling, and large-area body repair, all while using state-of-the-art tools in high-tech inspection centers. This role comes with a $6,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare premiums.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform heavy plastic welding and stapling on panels
• Conduct metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding
• Repair roof and rocker panels
• Train other autobody technicians on bodywork techniques

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old

• ASE certifications
• Experience with heavy bodywork and Bondo repair
• Background in automotive collision repair
