You'll lead day-to-day vendor retrieval operations for a healthcare data platform, managing ~30 vendor relationships to hit KPI targets. • Monitor queues, volumes, and workflow health, adjusting plans as conditions change.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years related professional experience.
• 2+ years in a people leadership or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of provider record retrieval processes.
