Description

You will lead cross-functional projects to optimize internal processes, analyze data to drive performance improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful change management. This role focuses on applying quality and project management frameworks to support organizational goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations and/or health insurance
• 2+ years using data software (Excel, SQL, etc.)
• 2+ years of end-to-end project management in cross-functional environment
• 2+ years administering operational/quality/analytics platforms including UAT
• 2+ years with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects
• Evaluate departmental performance by creating, gathering, analyzing data and metrics
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards; perform trend and variance analysis
• Formulate proactive implementation and change management strategies
• Mentor team members and support professional development
