💼 About This Role

You'll provide skills training and supported living services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll empower individuals to lead more independent lives through advocacy and hands-on support. This role offers two tracks: Personal Attendant or Skills Instructor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide person-centered supervision in home and community settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Teach independent living skills like cooking and budgeting.
• Complete daily logs and progress notes per agency standards.

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• TB clearance per California public health guidelines.
