Description

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound sales calls and in-person interactions. You'll learn all aspects of the title, payday, and signature loan business to provide customers with the best financial products.

Requirements

• 1+ year phone sales or call center experience
• 1+ years customer service, sales, lending, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities
