Description

In this one-week in-person shadowing program, you'll observe investment professionals at Point72's Tokyo office, attend teaching sessions, and participate in skills workshops to explore a career in investing. You'll gain exposure to financial markets, learn how investment ideas are developed, and receive feedback from Academy leadership.

Requirements

• Enrolled in university or graduate school in Japan
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and high self-motivation
• Adaptability, cultural fluency, resilience, and diverse perspectives
• Interest in financial markets and analyzing companies/stocks

Responsibilities

• Learn the business by interacting with Point72 investment professionals
• Observe Academy teaching sessions and discuss insights with a coach
• Explore interests through interactive learning sessions and skills workshops
• Expand network with fellow students interested in finance
