💼 About This Role

You'll oversee regional CRAs and investigator sites, ensuring compliance with protocols, GCP, and local regulations. You'll act as the primary liaison between CRAs and the clinical project team, driving enrollment and recruitment strategies. This home-based role offers project oversight and collaboration with global teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee regional CRAs to ensure site compliance with study protocols and timelines.
• Conduct co-monitoring visits and review visit reports for quality and compliance.
• Manage site performance metrics, including recruitment and data collection.
• Develop training materials and study tools for sites and CRAs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or Nursing.
• 4-6 years of clinical research experience post-degree.
• 3 years of CRA experience with strong EDC systems knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of GCP and local regulations.

✨ Nice to Have

• SoCRA or ACRP certification/designation.
• Experience in vendor management.
